Brodu tac-canga u l-ghads

X’ghandek bzonn:
Lamb Brand Red Split Lentils 200g (mlahalhin)
Lamb Brand Plain Flour, 1 mgharfa
Lamb Brand Dried Oregano, ½ kuccarina
Lamb Brand Dried Coriander, ¾ kuccarina
Lamb Brand Table Salt (ghat-toghma)
Lamb Brand Ground Black Pepper (ghat-toghma)
Canga tal-brodu 125g, mqattgha bicciet kwadri
Karrotti 2 kbar, mqattghin
Karfus 1 zokk, mqattgha
Basla Kbira ½ , mqattgha
Tewm 3 sinniet, mqattghin
Kurrat 1, mqattgha hafif
Inbid Abjad 50ml
Parmeggjan 20g, mahkuk
Zejt taz-zebbuga 15ml
Tursin Frisk (ghat-tizjin)

X’ghandek taghmel:
 kazzola kbira ghalli 1.5L ilma. Zid l-ghads, ic-canga, il-kurrat, il-karrotti, il-karfus, ir-rignu u l-kosbor.
Halli t-tahlita tiftah taghli, aghmilha fuq nar baxx, ghatti u halliha ttektek ghal 40 minuta.

Nehhi c-canga, saffiha sew u aqli fiz-zejt go tagen fuq nar gholi.
Hawwar bil-bzar u l-melh u halli c-canga tinqela ghal madwar 8 minuti sakemm tismar.
Zid il-basal u t-tewm u halli jinqlew ghal madwar 15-il minuta filwaqt li thawwad it-tahlita spiss.
Ferrex id-dqiq fuq il- laham u hawwad sakemm id-dqiq ikun smar. Ferra 110ml mit-tahlita tal-ghads fit-tagen u hawwad.
Zid l-inbid u sajjar ghal madwar minuta ohra.
Ferra it-tahlita tac-canga lura fil-kazzola mat-tahlita tal-ghads u halli jtektek ghal 15-il minuta jew sakemm l-ghads ikun irtab.

Hawwar bil-bzar u l-melh, zid it-tursin u servi bi ftit parmeggjan.
